How fast can you come out to Phoenix?

Do I need to be home during the junk removal?
Nope. As long as our crew can safely reach the items, you don't need to be home. Just tell us where everything is and how to access it when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
All of them — cash, credit or debit card, digital payments like Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App, and checks. You only pay once the job's done; nothing is required to book.
What happens if you can't take one of my items?
We'll flag it on-site and only charge you for what we actually haul. For hazardous items we legally can't take, we'll point you to the right Arizona disposal or city hazardous-waste program.
Is there anything you can't remove?
Only hazardous materials: paint and solvents, chemicals, medical or biohazard waste, asbestos, full propane or gas tanks, motor oil and automotive fluids, pesticides, and car batteries. Everything else, we'll haul.
Can you do a job on the weekend?
Absolutely. We run 7 days a week, 7 AM to 7 PM. Need an after-hours slot? We can do that too for a small +$50 time fee.
How do I prepare for the junk removal crew?
You don't have to lift a thing — that's our job. Just point out what's going (or leave a note if you won't be there) and make sure there's a clear path to the items. We handle the rest.
