Pick Your Load Size

Phoenix market research puts most competitors between $200-$500. We price competitively with premium service: a disciplined crew that follows through, every time.

Minimum / Single Item

A couch, mattress, appliance, or a few boxes. ~1/8 of a truck. Labor, haul, and disposal included.

$100

1/4 Truck Load

A few furniture pieces or a modest bedroom cleanout. About 2-3 cubic yards.

$225

1/2 Truck LoadMost Popular

Garage cleanout or a full room. 4-6 cubic yards. Our most common booking size.

$375

3/4 Truck Load

Multiple rooms, large estate items, or a big renovation debris haul. 7-9 cubic yards.

$500

Full Truck Load

Full property or commercial cleanout. Up to ~12 cubic yards. Best value per yard.

$700
How We Price: We always quote a range, never a fixed price. The final number is confirmed on-site or by photo before we start loading. Our $100 minimum applies to every job, no exceptions. You only pay for the space your junk takes up in the truck. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Special Items

Some things can't ride in the pile. They cost more to get rid of than regular junk, so we price them on their own and tell you up front. Here's why.

Mattress / Box Spring

each. Landfills charge a handling premium and most won't take them loose. Bed bug risk means it rides sealed and separate from the rest of your load.

+$75

Fridge / AC

each. Freon has to be recovered by a certified handler and tracked. That's regulated, not optional, and it's a separate stop.

+$75

Tires

per tire. Transfer stations cap how many tires they take per load, so tires often mean their own trip.

+$20

TV / Electronics

per item. E-waste can't go in with the rest. It goes to a designated recycler on its own run.

+$35

After Hours

flat, outside 7am to 7pm. Premium crew time, and the dump is closed, so your load rides on the truck until morning.

+$75

All add-ons are disclosed upfront before your job begins. No surprises on the bill.

Big Jobs

Some jobs are more than hauling. They take tools, time, and a crew that knows what it's doing. These start at the number shown and we confirm the firm price on site.

Hot Tub Removal

Cut into sections on site, wet fiberglass, a heavy frame, and the electrical disconnect handled right.

from $450

Shed / Demolition

Tear-down labor plus debris by the ton. Priced per job after we see it, most sheds land in the low thousands.

from $1,500

Piano

400 to 800 pounds. Slow, careful, and protected floors and doorways. More if stairs are involved.

from $250

Play Set / Trampoline

Rusted bolts, treated lumber, concrete anchors, steel springs. It's a build in reverse.

from $300

Disassembly

Sectionals, desks, bed frames, anything that has to come apart to leave. Two-man crew, billed by the hour.

$60 / hr

Stairs / 2nd Floor

per flight after the first floor. Every flight slows the crew down and raises the risk. Ground floor is included.

Pricing FAQ

Click any question to expand. Need more detail? Call or text (602) 471-4874.

Do you charge by weight or by volume?
By volume. You pay only for the truck space your junk takes up, never by weight. Pricing runs from a $100 minimum up to a full truck, so you always know the range up front.
When exactly do I pay?
When the job's done and you're happy with it. There's no deposit and nothing to pay to book. You settle up once everything's hauled.
Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
None. We lock in one flat price on-site before we lift a thing. The only extras are spelled out up front, like an after-hours request (+$75) or special items that cost more to dispose of (mattress +$75, fridge or AC +$75, tires +$20, TV or electronics +$35). Big jobs like hot tubs, pianos, and sheds are quoted from a starting price after we see them.
What happens if I have more junk than expected on the day?
No problem. Since you pay only for the space used, we'll just confirm the updated price on-site before we load it. You approve the firm number first; we never tack on surprises.
Do you offer discounts for large loads or repeat customers?
Our pricing is already flat and fair: you simply pay for the space used, with no upsells. We do offer a discount for veterans and seniors, so be sure to mention it when you book.
Is curbside removal cheaper than in-home haul?
It's the same price either way. You pay for the volume hauled, not where it's sitting. Curbside or up three flights of stairs, our crew does all the lifting and you pay only for the space used.
